Las Vegas Seafood Buffets: Some Great Ones To Pick FromMany of us seafood lovers could not call a Las Vegas vacation complete without enjoying a seafood buffet. Fortunately, there are some satisfying seafood buffet offerings throughout Las Vegas.
Let's go ahead and start with the most expensive but most awesome seafood buffet in town, Rio' s Village Seafood Buffet. It's $39, but for a true seafood lover is worth every penny. The dinner buffet includes small lobster tails, Manila steamers, Dungeness crab legs, peel and eat shrimp, a selection of chowders and a wide selection of fish prepared grilled, breaded, blackened, broiled, beer battered and more. Add to that the offerings of Chinese, Italian, Mexican and Mongolian Grill and the usual impressive assortment of desserts and you have yourself one memorable seafood buffet.
Other casino hotels offer seafood buffets on certain nights. For instance the Golden Nugget and Main Street Station offer their seafood buffets on Friday and Saturday. The Orleans has their seafood buffet on Monday and Friday, and the Fremont serves theirs up on Sunday Tuesday and Friday.
Some casinos offer a seafood buffet one day a week. These include the Rampart and the Cannery on Thursdays and the Suncoast on Friday.
Of course some hotels with their super buffets offer seafood as a regular feature -- the Bellagio and the Wynn for example offer lots of seafood as part of their everyday fare. I can also recall eating at the Green Valley Ranch Resort buffet and having piles of king crab legs, although theirs is not billed as a seafood buffet. We used to go to the Silverton Buffet quite a lot and we always went for the seafood, but they don’t call theirs a seafood buffet either.
By the way, if king crab legs are your desire, you should call ahead and make sure that they are part of the seafood buffet. Don't be misled by “Alaskan crab legs”; make sure they are king crab before heading out to the seafood buffet of your choice. |
